LAY-BY
- A Lay-by agreement is strictly 2 months.
- Goods are sold as is and we offer NO GUARANTEES.
- No Exchanges Returns or Refunds.
- Positive ID is required for all transactions.
- A 50% deposit is required on a Lay-by.
- New stock will not be considered for Lay-by purchases.
- Lay-by purchases will be at the discretion of management.
RETURNS POLICY
We unfortunately do not provide warranty or allow returns on electrical goods ie. appliances. We recommend that you test the appliance prior to purchasing and are satisfied with your purchase before you leave the shop.
Due to the nature of our business, it is difficult to offer a return and credit facility as all items have been ‘previously loved’ and are not in perfect condition. So please be happy with your treasures before leaving the shop.
On this note, we are reasonable and open to discussion.
